I did my research before coming into the area some 10 years ago and choose to work with Phyllis. I knew little about the area and needed guidance to find the right house and to understand the pros and cons of all the neighborhoods. We covered the entire area from Gilbert's Corner, to west of Gainesville, down to Woodbridge and the Occoquan and back to Centreville and Manassas... Phyllis knew it all well. She was an invaluable aid to isolating the final choice... five hard days and I was able to get a place under contract.

That was just the beginning. Since then that house had been sold... down market and we were still able to sell the house in weeks and close quickly. Phyllis made the process easy and her knowledge of the market in a down economy helped greatly.

Of course I am in my next place... even tougher criteria then when I first moved to the area. I was persistent in finding the perfect place for me and Phyllis stuck with me the whole way.
